PayPal 2021 Annual Report Shows it had Staff of 4,000 to "Detect Bad Actors" when Jenna Ryan Ban was Leaked to Press
Dive into the 2021 Annual Report for PayPal, Inc. to discover their strategy for banning J6 people to keep regulators at bay.
Why does PayPal need a staff of 4,000 to "partner with the government to ensure regulatory compliance?" (Per PayPal 2021 10K Annual Report) I think the overzealous government regulators has pressured the company to play social games (ban people and leak it) or pay heavy fines.
CEO Dan Schulman in this paragraph in their 2020 Annual Report discusses how PayPal was partnered with government regulators to ban "bad actors."
Jenna Ryan Tweets:
4,000 compliance goons (p. 10–11) ‘detect bad actors’—me, Alex Jones, Laura Loomer banned. FINTRAC 2022 flags crowdfunding (my $200, fundraiser). PayPal’s ‘leader in financial crime’ = censoring for FinCEN. Truth’s out!”
IYKYK: Who’s next?” 2.4M bans (Q4 2021)—not all MAGA, but my leak proves political hits. DOJ’s ‘destroy us’ forced PayPal’s hand—$1M–$10M saved. Nexus: state arm via compliance.
If PayPal didn't "comply" with regulatory standards and boot people like me, the company would be heavily fined by government regulators (FinCEN). They were in a pinch. No choice but to flex their regulatory obedience by kicking me off their platform publicly--or else pay.
4,000 people focused on looking for "detecting bad actors." When is the last time you've seen someone criminally charged due to what PayPal discovered through all this deep financial surveillance???
Not only did they become a fighter to fight "crime," but a "notable fighter" who publicly announces their banning of people the regulators don't like (me and others) to keep FinCEN and AML happy.
PayPal's CEO: "We have invested in building a world-class compliance and risk management team and compliance structure that enables us to work closely with regulators and governments. Since we became an independent public company, this function has grown to almost 4,000 people, enabling us to take a leading role in creating meaningful partnerships between the private, public and non-profit sectors. We have developed expertise in detecting bad actors on our platform and have become a notable leader in the fight against financial crime. This investment is a key differentiator for PayPal and will help ensure we identify and advance areas of mutual interest for our shared constituencies."
PayPal states in their Annual Report that this regulatory piece is what keeps them profitable. Partnering with government regulators by "...banning bad actors."
PayPal was FORCED to abuse us out of fear and compliance with government regulators in order to stay profitable. I don't appreciate that.
Smoking gun evidence of PayPal's collusion with government to censor Americans. There's so much evidence, I can't even keep up with it all.
Cancel Culture is actually written into PayPal's annual report to ensure their investors they are staying profitable. Who is in charge of these regulators forcing PayPal to do this?
Also, I just found this crap in the Way Back Machine. It was deleted from FinCEN website. CRAZY Obsession. "Violent Extremism Mobilization." http://web.archive.org/web/20220131140941/https://www.dni.gov/index.php/nctc-newsroom/nctc-resources/item/2272-u-s-violent-extremist-mobilization-indicators-2021#content
If this is not a "nexus," then I don't know what a nexus is--furthermore, if this Annual Report is "hearsay," then I object!
